The exclusive group rate is valid only for reservations made on or before Friday, 2 October 2026. Following 2 October 2026, the contracted group rate will expire, and any unreserved rooms will be released to the general public at the prevailing market rate.

The 2026 IEEE SA Standards Fellowship Program participants look forward to meeting the IEEE SA Community. They will present themselves and their organizations on Monday, 7 December 2026 from 1-2 PM (see IEEE SA Governance meeting schedule here). Everyone is invited to attend. There will also be an opportunity to meet during the morning break on Monday, 7 December 2026.
