After 05 January, the group rate is not guaranteed and will be accepted upon availability. 

Transportation:
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel is approximately 30 minutes from Ben-Gurion Airport.
Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is approximately 200-250 New Shekel / 60-80 USD.  Check with your taxi driver regarding credit card, New Shekel, USD, Euro acceptance.

Private transfer with The Ritz-Carlton is approximately 550 New Shekel / 160 USD (depending on car type and service). Private transfer may be charged to your guestroom.

Those who intend to participate in the IEEE SA Board of Governors meeting in Israel are advised to obtain current information from their State Department or Consulate of their country to determine the latest security information and advice. 

  1. Check with your respective country regarding Visa information.
  2. U.S. Citizens are encouraged to register their travel with Smart Travel Enrollment Program (STEP).

Non U.S. Citizens are encouraged to register travel arrangements with their respective Embassy or Consulate.

Reminders to Board Members:

  • if unable to attend, please advise via email.
  • enter flight arrival information in the comments section of your guestroom reservation if booking a pre-night to guarantee early check-in. 
  • notify the hotel immediately if there is a change to your arrival/departure date.
