The BoG Welcome Dinner is offered to BoG Members and IEEE staff. SP/PMC meeting registration is limited to SP/PMC members, International Committee members, and sitting BoG members.

Bus information
The Tokyo Hilton Hotel is approximately 90 minutes from Narita Airport.
The Airport Limousine Bus stops directly at the hotel.  Tickets must be purchased at the Ticket Counter of Airport Limousine located in the arrival lobby both at Passenger Terminal One and Two respectively.

The Airport Limousine shuttle bus is available for approx. JPY 3,000 ($37).
Bus Stop Numbers at Narita Airport: 

• Terminal One – Bus Stop 2 and 11
• Terminal Two – Bus Stop 6 and 16

Narita Airport Meet & Greet provides escort service from customs to the bus shuttle ticket booth for approx JPY 6,300 ($78).
