The BOG Dinner is offered to BOG members and IEEE Staff.
The IEEE-SA Reception is open to IEEE Members, Invitees, Staff, Travel Companions and will be held Wednesday, 18 May 2016, 6:00pm-7:30pm at China World Hotel.
The Board of Governors meetings are scheduled from 9:00am-5:00pm, 18-19 May 2016.
Every attempt will be made to keep to this timeframe. Please try to arrange your schedule so that you can be present for the entire meeting as the entire BOG is responsible for all decisions that are made during the meeting.
Jing (Walter) Sun, IEEE-SA Global Strategy Manager, is coordinating outreach activities. Contact Walter directly for outreach assignments.
The meeting agenda and outreach schedule will be provided under separate cover.

The China World Hotel is approximately 45 minutes from Beijing Capital International Airport.
Taxi fare is approximately CNY 100 ($15). Check with your taxi driver regarding cash/credit.
A private chauffeur from airport to China World is approximately CNY 690 ($106) and may be coordinated directly with the hotel by contacting the Guestroom Reservations Department above.
Subway Line 1 and Line 10 also can reach the hotel; the station name is Guo Mao (国贸).
