Nominators are advised to seek endorsers who are familiar with the candidate's roll in activities supporting achievements of the IEEE-SA. Endorsers should include in the support letters a statement indicating how long they have known the candidate and in what capacity. A minimum of three supporting letters are required; a maximum of five are permitted. Letters may be sent via e-mail to the IEEE-SA Awards Committee.
