IEEE SA - PC37.100.1 - Standard of Common Requirements for High Voltage Power Switchgear Rated Above 1000 V

This standard applies to alternating current (ac) switchgear, designed for both indoor and outdoor installation and for operation at service frequencies up to and including 60 Hz on systems having voltages above 1000 V. The technical requirements established in this standard serve as common reference to a number of equipment-specific high voltage standards, either in its entirety or on a clause-by-clause basis, as determined in those standards which cite C37.100.1.
