P1067
Guide for In-Service Use, Care, Maintenance, and Testing of Conductive Clothing Used for Live Work and Power Frequency AC Induction Protection

This is a guide for the in-service visual inspection, use, care, maintenance, and electrical testing of conductive clothing, including suits, gloves, socks, boots, bondings and face-screen for use during: -- Live work on voltages 765 kV AC (Type 1) and below -- Live work on voltage 750 kV DC (Type 1) and below -- Power frequency AC induction protection (Type 2) This compilation of many accepted practices is presented specifically in the form of a guide to be used by those utilities that are seeking guidance in establishing methods and procedures for the use, care, maintenance, and testing of conductive clothing.

Standards approved by the IEEE SA Standards Board that are within the 10-year lifecycle.

No Active Standards

These standards have been replaced with a revised version of the standard, or by a compilation of the original active standard and all its existing amendments, corrigenda, and errata.

No Superseded Standards

These standards have been removed from active status through a ballot where the standard is made inactive as a consensus decision of a balloting group.

No Inactive-Withdrawn Standards

These standards are removed from active status through an administrative process for standards that have not undergone a revision process within 10 years.
