This guide will provide information essential to an understanding of the topic and will enhance public safety.This guide addresses the normal and abnormal voltages that exist at publicly and privately accessible locations as a result of the delivery and use of electrical energy. It focuses primarily on the presence of power frequency related voltages, and discusses definitions, causes, impacts, testing techniques, mitigation strategies, and hazard levels.
