What Do Industry Connections Groups Produce?
Industry Connections Groups engage in a variety of activities and produce an array of "fast track" content and deliverables. These are designed to build industry awareness, understanding and consensus regarding needs and next-steps. Activities and documentation may include but are not limited to the following:

• Creating documents that are submitted for formal review and publication through IEEE-SA publishing programs, such as:
• IEEE Industry Specifications
• IEEE Industry Technical Reports
• IEEE Industry Position Papers

• Crafting proposals that are submitted to new formal standards projects
• Hosting Conferences and Events
• Establishing Registration Authorities
• Creating shared databases
• Other necessary and approved work product as deemed necessary by the Group
