This amendment clarifies clause 8.3, which presents a methodology for sizing a stabilizing resistor for ungrounded bus protection. The current guide covers the case when the shunt capacitance is relatively balanced. This amendment presents a method to size the resistor based on the shunt capacitance unbalance to cover the case when it is largely unbalanced.
