This Recommended Practice provides a framework for enabling the creation of Inclusive Sustainable Smart Cities. This recommended practice develops a number of key indicators to facilitate progress tracking that act as a practical means of measuring progress and pinpointing areas that pave the way for the establishment of Inclusive Sustainable Smart Cities, raising the standard of living to a level where individuals are thriving in their communities.
