Standard for Clue Aggregation and Classification/Grading of Scientific Intelligence Data

This standard defines the technical framework, processes, quality evaluation, security management, and operating specifications for clue aggregation and classification/grading of Scientific Intelligence Data (SID). It standardizes multi-source collection, cleaning, verification, and management of SID clues, establishes unified classification and grading systems, and specifies functional requirements for data governance intelligent agents. This standard applies to cross-disciplinary SID aggregation, classification, grading, and lifecycle management. It supports standardized data discovery, sharing, retrieval, and efficient adaptation for Scientific Intelligence (SI) models, platforms, and research scenarios.
