Standard for Technical Requirements of Foundation Model for Vehicle to Grid Interactive Services

This standard defines technical requirements of a foundation model for vehicle to grid (V2G) interactive services. The standard covers the following aspects: Artificial-Intelligence (AI)-enabled V2G paradigm, data processing method, and its application in V2G interactive services. The standard specifies: 1. An AI-enabled V2G paradigm, which integrates foundation model with multi-agent matrix. 2. A data processing method that defines the requirements of V2G-relevant data sources, and supports multi-source data extraction, fusion, and processing under vehicle to grid interactive scenarios. 3. Vehicle to Grid Frequency Modulation (V2G-FM) applications, including peak-load prediction, bidirectional charging-dispatch optimization, route-based energy scheduling, user-behavior modeling, and grid-aware capacity allocation. Possible battery degradation due to V2G service and mitigation to reduce degradation is not included in this standard.
