This recommended practice establishes the technical method for surface solar radiation retrieval using satellite remote sensing. It covers data acquisition, multi-source data fusion, data processing workflows, deep learning inversion models, physical constraints, component separation and hyperspectral analysis, as well as real-time calibration and validation procedures.
