This standard establishes a uniform methodology for the qualitative detection of immune components in human ocular surface rinse specimens using colloidal gold immunochromatography. It provides criteria for the development, production, and quality control of detection kits, and supports clinical diagnosis of ocular surface diseases, such as allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye disease.
