This standard defines a framework and diagnostic tool for assessing organizational readiness to adopt Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems that interact with, simulate, or influence human identity. The standard provides an Identity Resilience and Interaction Score (IRIS) framework which measures cognitive, psychological, and relational readiness at the individual level and aggregates the results to generate an organizational readiness profile. This standard evaluates how well an organization supports trust calibration, identity resilience, cognitive adaptability and ethical alignment in contexts involving AI-human collaboration. The results are designed to inform ethical governance, deployment, and AI system design strategies.
