This standard specifies requirements for the preparation, source-data eligibility, operating-condition representation and distribution, quality evaluation, grading, and application of multisource sensor-fusion datasets for electric power transmission lines operating in complex and specialized environments. This standard applies to the preparation and quality verification of datasets used for assessing the reliability of transmission-line monitoring, validating intelligent operation and maintenance algorithms, and training of condition-assessment models.

Standard for Evaluation of Data Obtained by Monitoring Electric Power Transmission Equipment and Transmission Systems in Special Environments
This standard specifies systematic evaluation methods for the value and applicability of transmission sensing data from power equipment in special environments. The applicable scenarios cover high altitude, strong wind and sand, high humidity, extreme cold, high salt fog, strong electromagnetic interference and other extreme operating conditions. It standardizes the full data lifecycle including data collection, processing, analysis, data assetization and application scenario adaptation, with a focus on data value assessment.
Standards approved by the IEEE SA Standards Board that are within the 10-year lifecycle.
No Active Standards
These standards have been replaced with a revised version of the standard, or by a compilation of the original active standard and all its existing amendments, corrigenda, and errata.
No Superseded Standards
These standards have been removed from active status through a ballot where the standard is made inactive as a consensus decision of a balloting group.
No Inactive-Withdrawn Standards
These standards are removed from active status through an administrative process for standards that have not undergone a revision process within 10 years.
