Standard for the Privacy Protection and Data Control of Smart Metering and Edge Devices

This standard applies to the design, firmware, and communication protocols of smart metering (including but not limited to smart meters, smart circuit breakers, and home energy management systems) and edge devices for privacy protection and data control. It specifies data collection requirements for achieving minimum necessary granularity, purpose limitation, and local data processing capability.
