This standard defines the Web3.0 concept and its scope and key characteristics. The Web3.0 architecture is blockchain-based. This standard specifies key technical requirements and a technical system framework, which addresses the infrastructure, key technologies, services, applications, and cross-layer security management functions. The standard addresses technical providers, application developers, network service providers, regulatory authorities, and other organizations planning to adopt Web3.0, providing them with a reference and technical guidance for the design, development, and operation of Web3.0 applications.
