Standard for the Evaluation of Commercial Stations Combining Storage of Photovoltaic-Energy and Charging of Electric Vehicles

This standard specifies technical requirements, implementation procedures, and evaluation indicators for digital real-time simulations used to assess commercial stations that store photovoltaic energy and charge electric vehicles. The standard applies to simulation verification during the planning, site selection, and design phases of commercial photovoltaic energy storage and charging stations. The standard also applies to system integration and performance optimization during the construction process of photovoltaic energy storage and charging stations, as well as strategy adjustment and efficiency evaluation during the operational phase. The standard does not apply to the assessment of small-scale residential integrated photovoltaic energy storage and charging facilities.
