
This standard defines the architecture, identification protocols, data structures, security mechanisms, and operational procedures for the establishment and maintenance of a Personal Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Identification and Management Systems (PUIMS) operating in low-altitude airspace below 1000 m above the local elevation. The standard enables unique identity assignment, traceability, ownership verification, and behavior monitoring of UAVs at a consumer level.
