Standard for Technical Requirements for Blockchain-Based Electronic Transferable Records

This standard specifies a reference framework, functional requirements, relevant parties, and business processes for electronic transferable records (ETR) based on blockchain. The standard provides guidance to stakeholders that develop digital finance solutions implementing blockchain-based ETR. The standard also addresses enterprises and consumers that adopt such blockchain-based ETR.
