Standard for Low-Altitude (Below 1000 m Above Ground) Cross-Border Aerial Logistics of Consumer Goods

This standard defines technical and operational requirements for cross-border logistics using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) operating at altitudes below 1000 m above ground (low altitude). It includes route planning, airspace coordination, regulatory alignment, customs data integration, communication and control protocols, platform interoperability, and safety measures. The standard aims to help ensure secure, efficient, and scalable low-altitude logistics solutions across national and regional borders, including consumer-oriented applications such as cross-border parcel delivery.
