Standard for Hardware Security: Attack Landscape and Protection Requirements

This standard specifies the technical requirements for hardware security realized in integrated circuits and systems, including digital and mixed-signal circuits and systems. It identifies requirements for design, integration, implementation, testing and classifications of secure circuit and system, including Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, smart embedded devices, automotive electronics, and smart cards.
