This standard specifies a unified technical architecture, interactive protocols, security control rules, settlement mechanisms, and a compliance management framework for stablecoin cross-currency exchange. It applies to multi-chain stablecoin swap with the same collateral, heterogeneous stablecoin conversion, stablecoin transfer across layer-2 networks, side-chains and cross-chain bridges, as well as Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial scenarios including cross-border trade, global payment, and institutional fund settlement.
