This standard establishes general requirements for attestation services and defines the attestation process, content, technologies, frequency, and technical specifications for blockchain-based applications managing behind-the-meter electricity data. The attested data includes collection timestamp, electricity consumption, equipment load data, control parameters, charge/discharge power, fault data, voltage, current, and other measurements. Data formats vary by type: for example, electricity consumption and fault data are integers; charge/discharge power, voltage, and current values are floating-point numbers; and timestamps are represented in UNIX format. Technical requirements cover data acquisition, transmission, and the attestation process. Frequency specifications–including acquisition, transmission, and attestation–are all within one-minute intervals.
