System Technical Requirements for Risk Assessment of On-chain Digital Content

This standard provides a definition of on-chain digital content. The standard classifies the risk of such content, such as being malicious, containing false information, being illegal in certain jurisdictions, revealing secret information, and violating privacy. Furthermore, the standard defines functional and other requirements on reference architectures and technical processes used to assess the risk of on-chain digital content.
