The standard defines requirements for the data, presentation, and integration layers that help establishing a spectrum-sharing system across multi-domain (space, air, maritime, and ground) and multi-orbit (geostationary and non-geostationary) infrastructures. The standard further supports interoperability with other standards to help ensure reliable exchange of relevant spectrum-usage data. This interoperability supports roaming and continuous coverage across hybrid networks.
