Standard for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Inspection Technologies of Wind Farms

This standard specifies technical requirements and the configuration of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) used for wind farm inspection. The standard defines operational procedures and methods and sets out technical methods for image acquisition, processing, and defect identification. It applies to the identification and localization of defects in the blades, hubs, and towers of wind turbines within wind farms.
