National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and NESC Handbook Online Subscription

The National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and NESC Handbook Online Subscription consists of Codes that set the ground rules for practical safeguarding of persons during the installation, operation, or maintenance of electric supply and communication lines and associated equipment. The NESC contains the basic provisions that are considered necessary for the safety of employees and the public under the specified conditions. NESC rules do not cover installations in mines, ships, railway rolling equipment, aircraft, automotive equipment, or utilization wiring (with some exceptions). In addition to the Codes, this subscription includes Preprint Proposals and Editions of the NESC Handbook: A Discussion of the National Electrical Safety Code are included in the subscription.
