SA External Liaison Resource

Welcome to the IEEE SA External Liaison Resource page. This page provides the training materials and required forms for establishing and managing liaison relationships between IEEE SA and external organizations. 

A Standards Committee External Liaison is an information conduit that enables sharing of information from a Standards Committee or a Subgroup thereof (Standards Committee/Subgroup) to an organization external to IEEE.

A Standards Committee External Liaison shall operate in the best interest of the Standards Committee/Subgroup and IEEE SA at all times.

  • This form is to be used by an IEEE SA Standards Committee, Subcommittee, Working Group or an Organization External to IEEE to submit a general inquiry on establishing a liaison relationship.
    • General Inquiry For Establishing a Liaison with an Organization External to IEEE
  • This form is to be completed by an IEEE SA Standards Committee/Subgroup requesting to establish a liaison with an organization external to IEEE. Please see the IEEE SA Liaison List for a list of established liaison relationships.

Once the liaison relationship has been established, the following forms shall be used to support and manage the relationship.

• IEEE SA External Liaison Delegation Meeting Registration 
• Submission of IEEE SA Standards Committee External Liaison Report
