AUDIT COMMITTEE (AUDCOM) BASELINE OPERATING PROCEDURES
Baseline Procedures — Sponsor, SCC Type 2 and SCC Type 1
The IEEE-SA Standards Board has approved the baseline policies and procedures listed below for Sponsor, SCC Type 2 and SCC Type 1. Use of these documents is mandatory for all P&Ps submitted on or after 01 January 2011.

Baseline Operating Procedures — Working Groups (WG)
Effective 31 March 2009, Sponsors are expected to ensure that their Working Groups (WGs) have Policies and Procedures (P&Ps) and that the P&Ps conform to the IEEE-SA Standards Board approved baseline document. AudCom will begin random audit of WG P&Ps in June 2010. Additionally when a Sponsor P&P is accepted by the IEEE-SA Standards Board, a review of that Sponsor’s WG P&P will follow.
The baseline documents posted below should be used for any WG P&Ps submitted for review on or after 01 January 2011.
