P3141 - Trial-Use Standard for 3D Body Processing
Project Details
This standard addresses the anthropometric and topo-physiological attributes that contribute to 3D body processing quality of experience, as well as identifying and analyzing metrics and other useful information, as well as data relating to these attributes. The standard defines a harmonized suite of objective and subjective methods, tools, framework, and workflows for assessing 3D body processing quality of experience attributes. The standard specifies and defines methods, metrics, and mechanisms to facilitate standards-based interoperability, communication, security and trusted operation of 3D body processing technologies. This includes quality of output of devices (such as sensors and/or scanners), digitization, simulation and modeling, analytics and animation, data transmission and visualization in the 3D body processing ecosystem, the ecosystem being in the near environment that interacts with the body.
