This standard addresses the delivery of safe and nutritious food to human beings. Building on existing standards, UNCEFACT and ISO 15000, for systems interoperability and sustainable data exchange across different transport modes, sectors, and countries along the supply chain, the standard defines requirements and methods for withstanding crises, multimodal logistics corridors, and integrated reliable communication systems.
