This standard specifies consumer's data security requirements in the blockchain-based metaverse, including data transmission, data storage, data migration, data sharing, data backup and recovery, and data destruction. Thereby, the standard helps to protect the integrity and authenticity of transactions as well as consumers' personal privacy information, such as identity information, and payment passwords. Furthermore, encryption technology specified in this standard can enable that consumer data is not illegally obtained or tampered with during transmission and storage.
