This standard specifies an application level protocol that integrates vision systems into industrial packaging robots. The protocol uses the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and defines connection establishment, data transmission procedures, message formats, and connection termination. This standard applies to all types of industrial packaging robots in various industrial application scenarios, including those for sorting, palletizing, case packing, as well as industrial packaging robots integrated with vision systems.
