Guide for Wide-Bandwidth Measuring System for High Voltage Transmission Systems Rated 100 kV and Above

This guide defines the definitions, conditions of use, rated parameters, basic classifications, design, interfacing, equipment selection principles, and test methods of wide-bandwidth (DC to 200 kHz or greater) measuring systems with sampling rates of 50 kHz to 1 MHz or greater for high voltage direct current (HVDC) and high voltage alternating current (HVAC) transmission systems rated 100 kV and above.
