This standard is concerned with large language models (LLMs) that enhance the adaptability to hardware and power efficiency of electric power smart terminals. The standard establishes an evaluation framework for electric power on-device LLMs (OD-LLMs) that covers evaluation indicators and corresponding evaluation methods and processes. This standard defines requirements for the evaluation of OD-LLMs with respect to scenario application, model lightweighting, hardware adaptation, and user quality of experience. The standard also addresses the design and development of OD-LLMs.
