Interpretation Request #31
Topic: Dynamic Thread Scheduling Parameters Access, Description Relevant Clauses:

The pthread_getschedparam and pthread_setschedparam functions are specified to be available only if {_POSIX_THREAD_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING}; this is a problem related to the previous issue with Section 13.5.1. According to the intent of the working group, these functions should be available if {_POSIX_THREADS}. (However, if the resolution of the previous issue is to make all scheduling functions available only if {_POSIX_THREAD_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING}, then this section is correct as-is).
