Welcome to the Pharmaceutical Industry’s First Open Space Technology Collaboration Forum
Rather than a pre-set agenda and canned presentations, attendees will devise a multi-track agenda that meets their needs in real-time. As an Open Space event, you're invited to speak and share, pose questions or ask for input. If you have an idea for a session right away or think of one in the middle of the conference, you’re welcome to propose it and run a session.
If I am not a technology expert, can I still participate? YES!
Just bring your expertise in what you do (ie. bench science, run clinical trials, manage the supply chain, advocate for patients, compliance, regulatory review, etc.) and we'll collaborate.
The unique design of this Forum enables us to bring together a robust concentration of technologists, researchers, government regulators, academia, clinicians, pharmaceutical business and technical professionals, patient advocacy leaders, and other critical stakeholders. They will convene at this Forum because they are eager to understand how to leverage new technologies to unlock the answers hidden in patient and scientific data.

How It Works
The Agenda is Created Live Each Day By You
The agenda will be created live each morning by attendees who are present at the opening of the day. Anyone who wants to host a session that day will announce the topic and chose a space and time. There is no voting or picking, other than with your feet, where you choose to go. In addition, you'll have plenty of chances to exchange ideas and network. You can see the growing list of potential topics here put forth by those who have already registered.
Dynamic Participation and Tangible Outcomes
With no assigned speakers or panels, it's about getting stuff done. The event is designed to deliver outcomes – (i.e industry notes repository, new pre-standards workstreams, etc).
To ensure each day progresses in a organized manner that meets everyone's needs and objectives, a certified Open Space facilitator will manage the process.
Seating is Limited to 100
Registration Fee: $299*
*Includes breakfast, lunch and break refreshment for 2 days plus Day 1 Icebreaker Reception and access to the ongoing online platform
