The tenth annual IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA) Standards Fellowship Program gathered staff representatives from national standards bodies and governments alongside IEEE SA December Governance Board Meeting Series.
From 07-11 December 2025, six IEEE SA Standards Fellowship Program participants learned about standardization-related topics and developments, gained knowledge about the IEEE standards ecosystem and networked with leading standards experts, including IEEE SA Standards Board members and the wider IEEE SA standards community.
Program participants attended the IEEE SA Annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony – a formal recognition to leading experts of outstanding service related to standards-related work – the IEEE SA Standards Board (SASB) and SASB Committee Meetings, as well as bespoke tutorials and information sessions on IEEE SA standards efforts and applications tailored to participants’ IEEE SA technical standards-related interests.
As part of their comprehensive meeting agenda for the week, program participants formally presented their organizations and standards work to the SASB community. They also shared their experiences with their national standards development process and discussed future needs in an interactive roundtable session.
