The IEEE-SA Working Group Chair Award
is presented to IEEE Standards Working Group Chairs,
Co-Chairs, or Special Editors, etc., for their
contributions to the development and publication
of the standard. The award is issued automatically
upon publication of the document and consists
of a laminated wooden plaque displaying the cover
of the standard and the name of the person.
A certificate of appreciation, acknowledging important
contributions to the development of the draft
standard within a working group, may be presented
to participants based upon recommendation of the
WG Chair.
