Corporate Advisory Group (CAG) Provides
a strong focus on your industry concerns and activities
The
Corporate Advisory Group (CAG) is a committee of the IEEE-SA Board of Governors
(BoG). The CAG was created to provide operational and strategic planning advice
on matters affecting the interests of the IEEE-SA corporate and organizational
members.
The CAG provides strong focal point connection for your industry
standards concerns and activities. Comprised of corporate member representatives,
this group provides a forum where you will interact with other corporate members
and advance new proposals for standards work.
The Corporate Advisory
Group also sponsors standards. This allows for an alternate route into the IEEE-SA,
especially for new and emerging technologies that may not fall within the traditional
technical scope of the IEEE’s 37 technical societies, the traditional sponsors
of standards.
