Authoring Tools (Optional)

The IEEE-SA Department document database is based on SGML ( Standard Generalized Markup Language, ISO Standard 8879). Applicable DTDs (Document Type Definitions) and instructions are available to groups that wish to work directly in SGML. Alternatively, stylesheets are available for popular word-processing packages.
