IEEE Standards - Recirculation Ballot Request

This form starts the Recirculation Ballot process and should only be filled out by IEEE Standards Sponsor Chair, Standards Liaison, Standards Coordinator or Working Group Chair.

- If your initial ballot began before March 7, 2005 (using the old balloting system) you must submit this form and continue the recirculation process through the old balloting system.
- If your initial invitation to ballot was conducted on or after March 7, 2005 using the myBallot™ system, you must log onto myBallot to conduct your recirculation.

In a recirculation, all unresolved negative ballots, together with the reasons of the negative voters and any rebuttal by the members conducting the resolution of the ballot, shall be submitted to the members of the Sponsor balloting group, providing each member an opportunity to change his or her ballot. Names of the unresolved negative balloters are to be included with their negative comments in the recirculation.
