Mandatory Editorial Coordination: Mandatory Editorial Coordination is required prior to the start of an IEEE-SA Sponsor Ballot in order to ensure conformance with IEEE requirements. In addition, all copyright permission letters shall be submitted at this time. This review of your draft and permission letters can reduce the number of recirculations and will help to avoid delays in approval or possible rejection at RevCom.
