FOR SPONSORS: There are a few steps involved in the process of balloting the draft. The myProject/myBallot software is available to assist you, the Sponsor, in this effort and to ensure your project conforms to the policies and procedures required for successful RevCom and Standards Board approval.

1. Ballot Group Formation - Affords interested parties the opportunity to enroll in the ballot group.

2. Upload Draft for MEC - Allows IEEE Editorial staff to perform Mandatory Editorial Coordination (MEC).

3. Sponsor Ballot - Enables you to initiate your sponsor ballot and upload your draft.

4. Manage Your Sponsor Ballot - Using the tools available in myBallot.
- Review vote and comment submission.
- Handle comment review and response.
- Review Coordination information.

5. Recirculation - If you have unresolved negative comments on the previous ballot cycle or if any technical or substantive changes have been made to the draft, you must conduct a recirculation (which should include a cover letter).

6. Prepare for RevCom submittal - Allows you to download necessary sponsor balloting files for submitting to RevCom.
