To begin processing
your IEEE Standards Sponsor Ballot Invitation go to myBallot,
log in using your IEEE Web Account and click on "Submit Invitation
Request". Follow the instructions in the myBallot screens
to submit the request to your Staff Liaison. It normally takes
3-5 business days to process a ballot invitation request. If you

Mandatory Editorial Coordination: Mandatory Editorial Coordination
is required prior to the start of an IEEE-SA Sponsor Ballot in
order to ensure conformance with IEEE requirements. In addition,
all copyright permission letters shall be submitted at this time.
This review of your draft and permission letters can reduce the
number of recirculations and will help to avoid delays in approval
or possible rejection at RevCom.Please

IEEE Standards balloting
groups are usually formed by sending out invitations to existing
IEEE Standards invitation pools. Anyone can join an IEEE Standards
invitation pool by logging onto myBallot™ and enrolling in
the Invitation Pool.
When the sponsor or chair sends the
invitation those who enroll in the ballot group through the myBallot
system the balloting group for a specific IEEE Standards Sponsor
ballot (as per IEEE-SA
Standards Board Bylaws).
Invitations are usually made available
for a 30-day period.
