If you are sending a wire transfer payment less than ten (10) days prior to the invoice payment due date, you must fax or e-mail a copy of the wire transfer receipt prior to the due date to avoid a change in your confidentiality status.

1. Please be sure to notify the IEEE Standards Department by fax on the day the transfer takes place. Please include the name and location of your local bank branch.
2. Your bank will remit your to fee to a "correspondent" bank that will charge a U.S. $15.00 processing fee to handle the transaction. Please be sure your remittance to the IEEE Standards Department includes this fee in addition to the cost of the Individual Address Block (U.S. $2,000.00)
