If you are sending a wire transfer payment less than ten (10) days prior to the invoice payment due date, you must fax or e-mail a copy of the wire transfer receipt prior to the due date to avoid a change in your confidentiality status.
- Please be sure to notify the IEEE Standards Department by fax on the day the transfer takes place. Please include the name and location of your local bank branch.
- Your bank will remit your to fee to a "correspondent" bank that will charge a U.S. $15.00 processing fee to handle the transaction. Please be sure your remittance to the IEEE Standards Department includes this fee in addition to the cost of the Individual Address Block (U.S. $1,000.00)
