Abstract: A C language binding to IEEE Std 1224.1-1993, IEEE Standard for Information Technology—X.400-Based Electronic Messaging—Application Program Interface (API) [Language Independent], is defined. This standard is intended for use by application developers, system implementors, test method writers, and users to support application portability at the source-code level.
